SceneQueue uses your data only to provide the extension features you choose to use. We do not sell user data and we do not use user data for unrelated advertising or creditworthiness decisions.
Information We Collect
- Google account profile information when you sign in.
- Prompt queues, generated prompt text, OpenAI API key when configured, downloaded-media state, extension settings, and local automation state.
- Usage state, feature access state, and operational diagnostics when enabled.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate your account and connect feature access.
- Generate or organize prompts and run Sora queue automation at your request.
- Maintain queue state, downloads, settings, feature access, and support diagnostics.
Processing
- Prompt queues and settings are stored locally unless account or feature access requires backend state.
- Your OpenAI API key is used only for configured prompt-generation calls and is not used for unrelated purposes.
Storage and Security
SceneQueue stores workspace data in browser storage and uses the shared backend for account, quota, and feature access when needed.
Retention and Deletion
Local queue data and API keys remain in browser storage until cleared. Account and usage records are retained while needed for service, security, and support.
Extension Permissions
- storage: Store queues, API-key settings, downloads state, preferences, and authentication state.
- activeTab, tabs, and scripting: Coordinate automation with supported Sora tabs after user action.
- downloads: Save generated media you choose to download.
- webRequest: Observe supported Sora request state needed for queue progress and retry behavior.
- notifications: Notify you about queue completion and failures.
- sidePanel: Display the SceneQueue workspace.
- identity: Run Google sign-in through Chrome Identity.
- host permissions: Operate on Sora pages and communicate with the shared backend.

- PostHog and Sentry when analytics or error reporting is enabled
Your Controls
- You choose which prompts and API keys to provide.
- You can clear local extension data and request deletion of eligible account data by email.
